Courier shipment - the time of transferring the goods for shipment is 1-3 working days

Delivery terms

The courier company delivers parcels between 8 am and 8 pm to individual customers and between 8 am and 4 pm to companies. In order to determine the exact time of delivery of the parcel, please contact the courier company on the day of delivery. If the courier delivering the parcel does not find you, they will leave information about the attempted delivery, in the form of a notice. On the first day after the attempted delivery, the parcel will be waiting for you at the local branch of the courier company, from where you will be able to collect it in person - the address of the courier company's branch and all details regarding the shipment can be found on the notice left by the courier. If you do not collect the parcel in person from the courier company's office, the courier will attempt to re-deliver it to the address indicated in the order form on the second day after the parcel has been notified.

Checking the contents of the parcel

Before collecting the goods, please check carefully whether the delivered goods are consistent with the order placed. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the order, please contact the leielui.pl online store service immediately to clarify the situation.
