Definitions
1. Seller – LEL TOMASZ KOWALSKI with its registered office in Szczecin, ul. Ściegiennego 59/6, 70-353 Szczecin, a company entered into the register of the Central Registration and Information on Business Activity kept by the Minister of Economy. NIP: 8521767777, REGON: 387615747, phone no. 694 456 684, e-mail address: leielui.fashion@gmail.com.
2. Store – an internet service belonging to the Seller, available under the domain www.leielui.pl, through which the Customer can place Orders.
3. Customer – any entity placing an order in the Store (Consumer or a person not having the status of a Consumer).
4. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act (sales agreement through the Store), not directly related to their business or professional activity.
5. Regulations – these Regulations.
6. Goods – means a product presented by the Seller via the Store Website.
7. Order – a declaration of will of the Customer, directly aimed at concluding a distance sale agreement for Goods via the Store, specifying at least the type and number of Goods.
Product quality
We sell only new goods. All goods are full-value products and have a full manufacturer's warranty.
Product prices
The price list placed in the leielui.pl online store is not a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only a reflection of the manufacturers' offer for a given season, therefore, we do not guarantee you full availability of the products included in the price list. By placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to buy the selected product, on the terms specified in its description. The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale agreement occurs during the written confirmation of receipt of the goods by the Customer on the shipment's bill of lading.
Shipping cost
The leielui.pl online store charges a fee of PLN 12.30 for goods shipped within Poland. Free shipping for purchases of at least PLN 199.
Payment terms
Payment by bank transfer - we process orders after the funds have been credited to our account. In order to shorten the order processing time to a minimum, the entire amount given in the order confirmation should be transferred as soon as possible. Confirmation of the transfer may speed up the order processing. Orders are processed in the order of receipt of funds to the account, until stocks run out.
Products are reserved immediately only for orders with payment on delivery or after sending the transfer confirmation.
In some cases, we reserve the right to process orders over PLN 2,500 only after prior prepayment.
Placing an order
The order can only be processed by correctly filling out the form via our store (adding the product to the basket). In the form, you must provide the shipping and invoice details.
Please read the order confirmation and check the correctness of the data contained therein. If you notice any discrepancies in the data sent by us, please contact the leielui.pl online store.
For quick and efficient order fulfillment, it is very important to provide contact details, especially e-mail address and phone number.
Order fulfillment
In the case of confirmation of a previously placed order by 12:00, the shipment is usually completed on the same day.
Automatic acceptance of the order by the online store is not equivalent to confirmation of its fulfillment. You will receive information about the fulfillment of the order via e-mail or by phone.
The time of transfer of the goods for shipment is 1-3 working days
Delivery terms
The courier company delivers parcels between 8:00 and 20:00 to individual customers and between 8:00 and 16:00 to companies. In order to determine the exact time of delivery of the parcel, please contact the courier company on the day of delivery. In a situation where the courier delivering the parcel does not find you, he will leave information about the attempt to deliver it, in the form of a notice. On the first day after the attempted delivery, the parcel will be waiting for you at the local courier company branch, from where you will be able to collect it in person - the address of the courier company branch and all details regarding the shipment can be found on the notice left by the courier. If you do not collect the parcel in person from the courier company's headquarters, on the second day after the parcel has been notified, the courier will attempt to re-deliver it to the address indicated in the order form.
Checking the contents of the parcel
Before collecting the goods, please check carefully whether the delivered goods are consistent with the placed order. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the order, please contact the leielui.pl online store service immediately to clarify the situation. If you received a damaged parcel, please write a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the leielui.pl store service immediately.
Proof of purchase
The VAT invoice, which is proof of purchase, is sent to you via e-mail. In accordance with Directive 2006/112/EC of the European Union on the common system of value added tax and the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 25 May 2005 on the refund of tax to certain taxpayers, advance tax refund, issuing invoices, the method of their storage and the list of goods and services to which exemptions from value added tax do not apply (Journal of Laws No. 95, item 798), the VAT invoice does not require a signature or stamp.
Withdrawal from the contract "return" of the Goods
1. A Customer with the status of a Consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale of Goods purchased from the Seller without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate written declaration within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Goods, i.e. until the day the Customer takes physical possession of the Goods.
2. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry. The template constitutes Annex No. 1 to these Regulations.
3. The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason does not apply to the Consumer in the cases specified in the applicable regulations, and this applies to:
a) In a situation where, by the time the consumer exercises the right to withdraw, the seller has already incurred justified costs in connection with the fact that he has started to perform the contract, the consumer is obliged to cover these costs.
b) The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the customer if the subject of the sales contract are non-prefabricated items, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs.
c) The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the customer if the subject of the sales contract are items that, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items after delivery.
d) The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the customer if the subject of the contract is the performance of a service and it has been fully performed.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason, the Customer who is a Consumer is obliged to return the purchased Goods to the Seller or hand them over to a person authorized by the Seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract, unless the Seller has offered to collect the Goods himself. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the Goods before its expiry.
5. The Consumer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the Goods in an amount equal to the fee for sending the parcel by courier or by another means chosen by the Consumer.
6. All payments made by the Customer who is a Consumer shall be returned by the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
7. The payments referred to in paragraph 6 above shall be returned in the same way as the Buyer used, unless he has agreed to another method of return that does not involve any costs for him.
8. A Customer who does not have the status of a Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract referred to in paragraph 1 above. In the case of such Buyers, the rules and deadlines for withdrawal from the contract are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code.
9. A Customer who is a Consumer, in the event of returning the Goods in connection with the withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 above, is liable for the reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
10. The return or exchange of goods (regardless of the reasons) can only be made in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The returned goods must be appropriately packed so that they are not damaged during transport. The sender is responsible for the proper sending of the goods.

In the case of Goods also covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the rights in this respect should be exercised in accordance with the conditions set out in the warranty document, directly to the entity acting as the guarantor.
The Buyer's rights under the Seller's liability for defects in the Goods do not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer's rights resulting from the warranty granted by the guarantor - on the terms indicated in the warranty document.
Manufacturers' warranty periods
2 years from the date of purchase.
